The event is jointly organized by PETCORE EUROPE and KÖR Group.
Is this an in-person or online event?
This is a fully in-person event. There is no online or hybrid attendance option.
When and where does the event take place?

Will the agenda and speakers be announced in advance?
Yes. The full agenda and confirmed speaker lineup will be published on the event website before the event.
Is there a networking or social program?
Yes. An optional Gala Dinner will take place on 16 September 2026 at 20:00, the evening before the conference.
Participation is included in the ticket price and collected for planning purposes.
How do I register?
You can register by completing the online registration form on this page.
Is my registration confirmed immediately?
No. Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.
When will I receive my invoice?
If you have chosen the option "Bank Transfer":
To confirm your participation, please complete the bank transfer using the Proforma Invoice, which will be issued and sent to you by a separate email within a maximum of 3 business days.
If you have chosen the option "Online Payment":
To confirm your participation, please complete the online payment using the sent payment link.
Billing information will be generated based on the organization details provided during your registration.
Your registration will be approved upon receipt of the registration fee.
The final tax invoice will be issued and sent to you within 7 business days after receiving the registration fee.
How can I pay for my ticket?
If you have chosen the option "Bank Transfer":

What are the ticket prices?

Early Bird (until 30 June 2026): EUR 195 + VAT

Full Price (from 01 July 2026): EUR 295 + VAT
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations until 30 June 2026: 50% refund

Cancellations from 01 July 2026 onward: no refund
All refunds are processed after the event.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Registrations can be transferred to another person if the organizers are notified at least 7 days before the event.
What happens if I don’t attend?
If you do not attend and have not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued.
Is accommodation included in the ticket price?
No. Accommodation is not included.
Is there a special hotel rate for attendees?
Yes. A limited number of rooms is available at a preferred rate at the venue hotel.
Early booking is recommended, as availability is limited.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes. This is a public event. Sessions will be recorded and a photographer will be present on site.
How will my personal data be used?
Your personal data will be used solely for event administration and related communication, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
