PETCORE EUROPE, in partnership with KÖR Group, invites PET packaging leaders from across Central and Eastern Europe to a focused, one-day, in-person conference in Budapest.

This event is designed for senior industry professionals who need clear direction to navigate regulatory change and implement it effectively across their organizations.

Across one intensive day, the conference will examine how EU-level and local regulatory developments are reshaping PET packaging and food-contact materials in the CEE region. This is a fully in-person event. There is no online or hybrid attendance option.

Yes. An optional Gala Dinner will take place on 16 September 2026 at 20:00, the evening before the conference.
Participation is included in the ticket price and collected for planning purposes.

No. Registration is confirmed only after payment is received.

When will I receive my invoice?

If you have chosen the option "Bank Transfer":

To confirm your participation, please complete the bank transfer using the Proforma Invoice, which will be issued and sent to you by a separate email within a maximum of 3 business days.

If you have chosen the option "Online Payment":

To confirm your participation, please complete the online payment using the sent payment link.

Billing information will be generated based on the organization details provided during your registration.

Your registration will be approved upon receipt of the registration fee.

The final tax invoice will be issued and sent to you within 7 business days after receiving the registration fee.

  • Full Price (from 01 July 2026): EUR 295 + VAT

What is the cancellation policy?
  • Cancellations until 30 June 2026: 50% refund

  • Cancellations from 01 July 2026 onward: no refund

All refunds are processed after the event.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes. Registrations can be transferred to another person if the organizers are notified at least 7 days before the event.
