To confirm your participation, please complete the bank transfer using the Proforma Invoice, which will be issued and sent to you by a separate email within a maximum of 3 business days.
If you have chosen the option "Online Payment":
To confirm your participation, please complete the online payment using the sent payment link.
Billing information will be generated based on the organization details provided during your registration.
Your registration will be approved upon receipt of the registration fee.
The final tax invoice will be issued and sent to you within 7 business days after receiving the registration fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations until 31 January 2026: 50% refund

Cancellations from 1 February 2026 onward: no refund
All refunds are processed after the event.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Registrations can be transferred to another person if the organizers are notified at least 7 days before the event.
What happens if I don’t attend?
If you do not attend and have not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued.
Is accommodation included in the ticket price?
No. Accommodation is not included.
Is there a special hotel rate for attendees?
Yes. A limited number of rooms is available at a preferred rate at the venue hotel.
Early booking is recommended, as availability is limited.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes. This is a public event. Sessions will be recorded and a photographer will be present on site.
